Meet the Team
We'd like to introduce you to the friendly faces who run our sessions

Sarah previously worked with children in a residential SEND school, and is familiar with Makaton/baby signing.

Ben
Ben is Daddy to Oliver, husband to Sarah, and is a qualified Architect. Ben has designed and worked with manufacturers to produce the role play houses and the road for Doodlebug Village. Ben is a key component to delivering the Doodlebug Village experience.

Charlotte
Charlotte is Mummy to three wonderful girls, and works in a lovely day nursery in Bristol.
Bringing a wealth of early years experience to the role, we're really excited to have Charlotte on board to help with parties and seasonal events.
Caroline
Caroline has years of childminding experience under her belt, as well as having raised four children of her own. Caroline went on to work as a Learning Support Assistant in a special education school in Bristol, working with children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulty; Severe Learning Difficulties; Physical Disability; and Sensory Impairment. Whilst working at the school, Caroline undertook a BTEC qualification in Special Needs and Sensory Impairment.
